TESTIMONIALS

I am extremely grateful for the support and guidance I received from Hustle Influence and Motivation Academy throughout my pardon process.

From the beginning, the process was explained clearly, and I was provided with a detailed checklist of everything needed to complete my application. The level of knowledge and familiarity with the pardon process gave me confidence and helped reduce the stress and uncertainty that can come with such an important life-changing opportunity.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Whenever I had questions or concerns, I received timely responses, encouragement, and support. I never felt alone in the process.

I would highly recommend Hustle Influence and Motivation Academy to anyone seeking assistance with a pardon or other personal growth opportunities. Their professionalism, dedication, organization, and genuine commitment to helping people succeed truly make a difference. Thanks to their guidance and support, I was able to successfully obtain my unconditional pardon, and I will always be thankful for their role in helping me achieve this milestone.

“What stood out most was the genuine belief that my past did not define my future. I was treated with dignity, respect, and encouragement throughout the entire process.”

Dr. Thomas,

Thank you for your thoughtful presentations to incarcerated citizens in Colorado. You have generously provided presentations for groups that I facilitated in Golden, at the Colorado Correctional Center, and in Buena Vista at two different custody levels. In Golden, your presentation was given to approximately thirty graduates of the Pre-Release program, Facility management and supervisors from the Division of Parole, Pre-Release and Community Re-Entry. Your presentation was so well delivered that it has been my vision to invite you to as many Colorado prisons as possible, so that you may address those preparing for release, with a message of hope and inspiration for their transition to successful living.

Your two presentations in Buena Vista included about one hundred men at the Medium Custody level and fifty men at the Minimum Restrictive level. This is a difficult audience to engage and interact with. You demonstrated integrity in your presentation and empathy for the audience with a strong ability to articulate the rigors of accountability, self-advocacy and change. You represented employ-ability skills, personal avenues for growth, re-building relationships and overcoming obstacles.

Thank you for your commitment to build a safer Colorado for today and tomorrow, by helping to prepare returning citizens to the challenges of today.

Wayne Thomas has generously volunteered his time to speak with Pre-Release and Re-Entry participants at BVMC and BVCF.  His presentations and speaking style are authentic and engaging as he shares his inspiring life experience of transition and change.  He discusses the power of education in taking control of our lives and encourages people that if you make a mistake, you can turn it around.  I am thankful for the time, passion and energy he has devoted to reaching out to the Pre-Release and Re-Entry offenders at BVMC and BVCF.
