Refunds are offered only for defective items. If you received the wrong size, we will exchange it for the correct size; no refunds for size issues. To start a claim, email him@hustleinfluencemotivation.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the defect (or the size tag and item). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label for defects and ship your exchange for wrong-size shipments. Non-defective items and clearance/sale items are final sale.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Shipping times vary by location, and a tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
